This is a piece I call "Animal Pyramid".  Admittedly, I almost didn't continue working on it after sketching it out but my fiancé, Sergio, told me he wanted it for a T-shirt.  So I went ahead and finished.  What's strange is, I use to draw pyramids of animals for no particular reason as a kid...

For the first time I'll be selling cards and prints at Renegade Holiday Craft Fair in Los Angeles on December 8-9.  Very excited and also nervous.  I'm gonna try to have fun with it even though I know it's gonna be a huge learning experience. *teeth chattering*

Sometimes life feels like you're in a tiny boat in the middle of the water.  And you don't know which direction to go in.  This illustration was inspired by my intention to think a little more positively about all the 'life questions' I don't have answers to right now...

There's nothing to be afraid of...

While on a walk to release some pent up anxiety about my life and career; it occurred to me that plants struggle to thrive just like people.  But plants don't judge their progression when they're trying their best, so is it necessary for us to?
